Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy
Processed orders are considered to be final and cannot be canceled by the buyer. Processing occurs upon confirmation of payment by Kaiju Kingdom Collectibles and initiation of the fulfillment process (including but not limited to packaging, shipping, or preparation for delivery of the order). Any requests for modifications or adjustments to the order must be submitted prior to processing and are subject to Kaiju Kingdom Collectibles' sole discretion. If the buyer wishes to initiate a return for an eligible item(s), they must do so by following the directions in our Return & Refund policy. Kaiju Kingdom Collectibles reserves the right to cancel the processed order at its sole discretion. By placing an order, the buyer agrees to these terms of the Cancellation Policy and acknowledges that no cancellations will be accepted after the order has been processed.
