Refund policy

Kaiju Kingdom Collectibles has a 14 day return policy.

To start a return, you can contact us at kaijukingdomcollectibles@gmail.com via email within 14 days of receiving your item(s). Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 2748 Pacific Coast Highway #1200 Torrance, CA 90505. 

To be eligible for a return request:

1. Your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, meaning the item(s) must be unworn, unused and unopened with tags, and in its original packaging.
2. You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Receive confirmation email from kaijukingdomcollectibles@gmail.com  that the item(s) are eligible for a return. You must receive a reply from us about your return eligibility before packaging and mailing the item(s) back, otherwise the return will not be accepted and refund will not be issued. 

Return Packaging

Once your return request has been submitted and confirmed by Kaiju Kingdom Collectibles, we ask that you use the same packaging that the item(s) arrived in to ship the item(s) back. Should those materials no longer be available, please pack the item(s) in an appropriate-sized shipping box and use bubble wrap or newspaper to fill and adequately protect the item(s). Please do not ever place the shipping label directly on the item(s) to return it as this results in a partial or no refund.

You will be responsible for shipping fees related to the return of the item(s) to the return address noted above. If the item(s) are damaged in transit or received in less-than-original condition due to poor packaging the refund amount will be deducted to account for any damage.  

Refused and Undeliverable Shipments

A refused shipment will be treated as a return and any return costs that are incurred by Kaiju Kingdom Collectibles will be deducted from the refund amount.

If a shipment is returned to Kaiju Kingdom Collectibles as undeliverable due to an error on your part (such as incorrect address or not home), we will contact you to reship the item(s). Please note that any return and reshipping costs as a result of an error on your part must be paid in full to Kaiju Kingdom Collectibles before the item(s) is reshipped. 

Damage and Defects

Please inspect your item(s) upon reception. Please take a picture and contact Kaiju Kingdom Collectibles immediately if the item(s) is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s), so that we can evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right. We offer a 14 day damage and defect eligibility window to report issues after receiving your item(s). After that time, we are unable to accommodate. Please understand that with most of the products being carefully crafted and painted by individual artists there may be minor cosmetic issues. These minor cosmetic issues do not constitute a damage or defective item. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, Kaiju Kingdom Collectibles cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Unfortunately Kaiju Kingdom Collectibles cannot accept exchanges as our inventory changes daily. If desired, please follow the return process mentioned above and then place a new order.

Refunds

Kaiju Kingdom Collectibles will notify you via email the refund amount for the item(s) returned after receipt and inspection. A 15% fee will be assessed for restocking that will be deducted from the refund amount for items returned.

For pre-orders that have yet to be released, the 20% reservation deposit fee is forfeit in instances of customer-initiated cancelations or a failure of customer to pay remaining payment balance within 7 business days of the invoice date. This monetary forfeiture is to account for sourcing costs and allocated overhead.

Where applicable. any refund amount will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days email receipt. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

In cases where it is not possible to refund to the original payment method then, store credit will be issued.
